Our Services and fees

Simple Estate Package – $1000 – Includes Will, Power of Attorney, Medical Directive, Medical Power of Attorney, and Designation of Guardian.

Larger Estates – $3,000- $5,000 – Includes Will with Trust to provide for minors or long term over site of wealth,as well as Power of Attorney, Medical Directive, Medical Power of Attorney, Designation of Guardian.

Large Estates and Businesses/ Asset Protection – $5,000- $10,000 (our hourly rate is $400 per hour)

Simple Probate of a will where executor handles asset disbursement – $2,500 (including all fees)

Complex Probate Litigation or legal assistance with estate liquidation issues – $400 per hour

Estate Liquidation Practical (not legal) such as Auctions, Physical transport, etc – $75 per hour + Auctioneers fee (typically a percentage of gross Auction receipts on a sliding scale depending upon size of Estate. We have a relationship with an excellent Auctioneer.)
